Digital Presence Turns Vision of Growth Into a Reality
2020 Vision USA sells reading glasses, sun readers and bifocal sun readers. A family-run business, 2020 originally focused on selling wholesale to bookstores, libraries and other retailers around the world. As growth continued, however, the company president decided that it was time to dedicate resources to the retail side of the business. Next-Mark was enlisted to assist with boosting sales by engaging customers through social media and regular, customized e-newsletters. The team launched an Instagram account, revived the company’s Facebook page and designed branded newsletters to show off the glasses, share specials and connect with potential buyers. Since then, 2020’s retail sales have quadrupled. Next-Mark continues to grow the company’s digital presence and utilize visual mediums to help sell 2020’s sustainable, stylish glasses.
